Saltwick Row was releasing 74 homes in three phases and could not target by postcode or age, because housing ads sit in a restricted category on Meta. Buyers took four to six months to decide, and the sales office diary was the only honest measure of demand.
What we built
- Search and Meta campaigns built for the housing category: broad geography, with creative and landing pages doing the qualifying the targeting is not allowed to do.
- A plot-level site with live availability and a viewing booker wired into the sales office diary.
- Tracking from ad click to viewing attended to reservation, so budget followed the phases still holding stock.
What it produces
A diary the sales team can staff against. 486 viewings booked across the year, 61 reservations, and a weekly read on which plots the spend should chase next.
