Peachstone sells a four step routine for reactive skin. Meta rejected most of their creative for before and after claims, and paid traffic bought once then disappeared. Acquisition cost kept climbing because almost nobody came back for a second jar.
What we built
- A compliant creative library of routine demos, texture close ups and ingredient explainers, none of it resting on before and after claims.
- A lifecycle programme in Klaviyo built around the 42 day jar: a routine check in at day 14, replenishment at day 35, win back at day 90.
- Search and social bidding split by intent, with cost per first order capped so returning customers carried the growth.
What it produces
Every launch now ships with creative that clears ad review first time and a lifecycle programme that turns a first jar into a standing order. Paid budget buys customers, not one off sales.
