Marchgate Physio ran six clinics and filled them by word of mouth. Demand swung with January and the spring running season, enquiries arrived by phone and went uncounted, and health claim rules in ads blocked most of the copy the clinics wanted to run.
What we built
- Condition-led paid search for each clinic radius, with ad copy written to clear health claim policy first time.
- Twenty-two condition pages, from sciatica to post-op knee rehab, feeding the same booking flow as the ads.
- A rebuilt booking page with same-week slots and therapist match, plus call tracking so phone enquiries count.

Paid search now carries a steady 2,140 bookings a year at $26 an enquiry, and every clinic can see which conditions and which search terms fill its diary.
